wow what a superb suite stay
many options high quality beautiful presentation
the breakfast had many options and such high quality i loved it. the team members were very polite and attentive to everything. i really enjoyed the beautiful presentation of the food that was served at the restaurant

the location of this hotel is perfect it is close to many attractions. it is near the metro and a bus stop i could get around very easily. external restaurants and supermarkets are also close

the breakfast buffet was really good and so vast with many options. i loved the fresh fruits yogurts and cereals plus warm choices like scrambled eggs. the pastry had croissants muffins and danishes all baked well

underwhelming stay, security deposit issue
security deposit lack of transparency
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
i am annoyed that the hotel charged a security deposit. i was informed it would be refunded to my card upon checkout, however, it was not. contacting the hotel after leaving the country to resolve this is quite a hassle. i am frustrated by this lack of transparency and the difficulty in getting my money back. the communication felt dishonest.

Comfortable stay near the metro
convenient location early check-in spacious room
The location near Union metro station made getting around easy. The staff was awesome and offered early check-in, which I appreciated. My room was spacious, providing ample space to relax (i really enjoyed this).
The gym could use an update because some equipment was a bit worn.

Satisfactory Experience near the Creek
early check-in spacious room convenient location
The staff offered an early check-in (very convenient after a long flight). The room was spacious with plenty of space to move around. Proximity to the Union metro station made it simple to get around to see local attractions.
The gym is accessible, but it needs newer equipment. The machines seem old and worn.
